Book a Complimentary Consultation
Use the link I sent via email to schedule your complimentary consultation. During this call, we will discuss the details I need to create your customized vacation itinerary. We will discuss topics such as the destination, budget, traveling companions, dates, special celebrations, and any travel preferences.

Save your Spot on my Calendar
After our consultation, I’ll send you a travel services agreement and an invoice for my planning retainer. Once the agreement is signed and the payment is submitted, you will officially be added to my calendar!

Travel Research and Proposal
Now it’s time for me to utilize my travel connections and research your vacation! Through my expertise, you will receive a customized itinerary that is unique and tailored to you.

Revise Itinerary
After you have reviewed your proposal, we will communicate again to discuss and implement any necessary adjustments. Then we will finalize your official vacation plan!

Let's Book Your Vacation!
You’ve placed a deposit, and your vacation is officially booked! I will be with you every step of the way. Let the countdown begin!

It's Time to Add Special Details!
I will reach out about adding any special details to make your trip fantastic! This includes adding excursions, spa reservations, dining reservations, special requests, and anything in between! I will ensure that everything is verified for a complete experience.

Final Preparations!
Two to four weeks before your departure, I will send you electronic copies of every travel document you will need. This will include a final itinerary, reservation confirmations, luggage tags, tickets, etc. I will also send you helpful tips, reminders, and packing suggestions that is unique to the destination!

Vacation Time!
Just because you’re officially on vacation does not mean my job is done. I will be confirming appointments, communicating with your hotel, and tracking your flights behind the scenes to ensure a seamless and stress free experience. My job isn’t done until your safe arrival back home.
